И что на это указывает? Как можно сделать вывод по фотографиям? Тем более такому маленькому количеству? Об IBA тоже по фото сложили мнение?

Gang... make you're own deductions and decisions, check THE DATES of some of his units................... come on, let's get bloody real here! Although members of the IBA can be deemed as good people with good intentions, you have to look deeper at their "leader".
I have to say, there was no real reason behind this posting, but shear amazement of the information that is available when you start looking closely. The Irish "Baron" thing started it all off...... was always amusing even back in the 90's

From what I've managed to dig up, his military experience stretches to cadet.
That's not to say that someone without military experience cannot be a very good operator. However, when someone starts "walting" and making claims of military service that they have not done, then things start to look very iffy indeed.
For example, there is a claim of service in SAS, I was reliably informed (by someone who WAS in the SAS for many years) that he has NEVER served with them nor has he served in SASR.
Some of the medals and decorations that he is pictured wearing have been proven to be un-deserved/ not earned/made up etc.
It's unfortunate, because some IBA lads are switched on and know what they're doing, this stuff just reflects badly upon them, and as I have taken a few of these courses, it pisses me off sligtly (and, if i'm honest, I'm embarrassed) that I was taken in and handed over money to this guy.
I have trained with many different organisations and companies over the years, and I will continue to do so, I will however check out who I hand my money over to in future and I will not be doing anymore IBA courses regardless of who instructs.

Guys, this man is the pure definition of walt. He wrote an article for a bba publication which included a phot of a plaque in the background of 177 Sp Pl (RMP CP Unit NI). I wrote to him to kindly suggest he removed and apologised. He did. This man and many like him beef themselves up through lack of proper experience in the role. They feel intimidated as they should but instead of learning from the shop floor up as they should, they give themselves pathetic names and have phots taken of them holding AK's in Afghan wearing uniform and claiming they have trained special forces around the world. I don't know the IBA, I have never had any association/ involvement with them but what reputation they do have, what good work may be done by some good instructors is damaged by the very nature of this man.
That said, it is comical and laughter is good so at least something has come out of the IBA if not proper CP.

Does this mean His Royal Highness, RedBaron-Ambassador, Van Dela Castleshortstuff of the First IrishFootnMouth is a member here now??? Plus the Liverpudlian TA officer Dr Mark Yates who started LABIA, LEIBIA, LEBANON (Whatever) back in the good old days........????????? It's ok I deserve a wee slap for pulling this old stuff out of the closet, but problem lays with some people believing in their own "greatness" and it spreads.
I cannot speak for the IBA courses, but CAN state clearly that 2 of our previous graduates went on to do the Swindon College/IBA sia course a couple of years ago, just as the SIA was around......and reported back that half a days foot drills NO EMBUS?DEBUS and 4 weeks in a classroom doing paperwork, they weren't happy bunnies........
